If you are thinking about hitting some steeper rivers, or just want to try some new lines on your local run, then this could be the workshop for you.
Confidence building (Saturday) - Chris Eastabrook Coaching
Kayaking is mental! Yes it's crazy to hurl yourself off waterfalls, but we're talking how we apply ourselves to a situation. This has a dramatic influence on the outcome. Whether you've had a recent knock, or are trying to push your boating to the next level, this session will help you.

River Leadership (Sunday) - Tom Parker Coaching
How to get your mates down a section of river is an essential skill for anyone wanting to progress their boating. We will cover areas such as river running strategies / positioning as a leader / communications within the group and river running hints and tips.
Paddling with Style - (Saturday) Dave Fairweather
Whitewater kayaking is all about style. Not just looking good, but working out what style works best for you. Paddlers come in all kinds of shapes and sizes, with different builds, boats, and ways of doing things. This workshop will focus on developing your skills to suit your own unique paddling style and helping you to work towards your paddling goals. Instead of trying to copy what we see other paddlers doing, we will be working out how best to use your strengths to make whitewater paddling work for you.
