Clinic and Festival fees cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled.

Coaches at Pyranha Fest are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of loss or damge to personal property, not caused by the negligence or default of the coaches any suppliers, agents or staff while attending this course.

You understand that participation in canoeing or kayaking entails some risk of injury.

Staff are trained and appropriately qualified to run all sessions and will at all times proceed in an manner to limit the risk of injury as much as possible. However, participants accept that accidents and injury may occur.
