European Union & Rest of the World
Delivery costs to non-UK addresses are calculated using the parcel weight and destination, and will be shown at the checkout. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu during the checkout process, please Contact Us for a quote.
Please note that overseas deliveries may be subject to customs and export duties, and the customer will be responsible for any such charges. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where delivery is found not to be viable.
Overseas orders generally take between 2 and 3 weeks to arrive, however certain factors outside of our control such as extended customs periods or shipping delays can lead to parcels arriving later than this. If you require Express Delivery, please Contact Us for a quote and to place an order.
Although each item we post out is carefully wrapped, damage can sometimes occur during transit; always check parcels over before accepting or signing for them, and if you suspect any damage may have occurred, either refuse delivery or ask to sign for the parcel in ‘damaged’ condition. Unfortunately, we cannot process any claims for damaged items that have been signed for or accepted as being in good condition.
Returns & Warranty
Here at Pyranha, we’re incredibly proud of the products we make and the attention to detail and workmanship that goes into making them; every item is subjected to stringent quality tests during production and thoroughly checked over before being sent out to ensure you get a product you can rely on.
Unfortunately, no test can be 100% accurate, and sometimes things do slip through the net; it is for this reason that we provide a 12 month warranty on everything we make to give you complete peace of mind. Read on for advice on how to initiate a warranty claim:
For any Returns or Warranty Claims relating to a Pyranha kayak, in the first instance please contact the dealer from which you originally purchased the boat; a full list of current Pyranha dealers can be found on the Find a Dealer page of this website. The dealer will process the Return or Warranty, making an assessment of any faults and arranging a repair or replacement where necessary.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your dealer’s response, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us directly providing your full contact details, a description of the fault and how it occurred (including whether anyone else witnessed the fault occurring) and where possible, photographs clearly showing the fault area. We will also require the serial number of the boat, the date and location it was purchased and a copy of your proof of purchase.

Be sure to include your full contact details and original order number in the package and use a secure, tracked delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods. Please note that you will be responsible for all postage costs incurred.
In the case of an exchange request, make sure to include a note of what you wish to exchange the item for; if there is any price difference involved, please be aware that we may need to contact you to take payment or arrange a partial refund.
For returns of unwanted items, once your parcel arrives with us we will check the items over, and providing they are in a re-saleable condition, a refund of the original purchase price of the products will be issued.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please Contact Us quoting the order number, which items you believe to be faulty (including any relevant photos of the fault) and your full contact details. A member of our Customer Service Team will then get back to you within 2 working days detailing the next steps.

Step 1 – Search or browse for an item
To begin, click ‘Shop’ on the main menu of this website (the blue banner at the top of each page) and you’ll be taken to the Pyranha Web Store.
Know exactly what you want? Great! Type the item’s name or a related keyword into the search bar at the top right of the page (to the left of the ‘Account’ and ‘Cart’ links) and press enter on your keyboard.
Just want to see what’s available? Choose a category from the links that appear under the main menu; you can hover over a main category link to view any available sub-categories, or click on the link to see all the products in that category.
You can filter the products shown using the options on the left of the page, as well as being able to sort them by relevance, price or name using the drop down box to the left above the product listings. If more than one page of products is available, you’ll see clickable page numbers and navigation arrows on the right above the product listings, where you can also use the drop down box to choose how many products you wish to be shown on each page.
Step 2 – Add an item to your cart
There are two easy ways to add an item to your cart:
- On the category and search result pages you can click the ‘Add to Cart’ button at the bottom of each product mini-preview; if there are any options to be chosen on that particular product (such as size and colour), you will be taken to the product page to select these before clicking ‘Add to Cart’ again to confirm.
- Alternatively, you can click on the product to view larger images and more details; once you’re happy, you can select any relevant options and click ‘Add to Cart’ on the right hand side under the product description to proceed.
Step 3 – View and edit your cart
As soon as you add an item to your cart, you’ll be taken to a summary page where you can see any items previously added to your cart, edit quantities, remove items, enter discount codes and get a shipping estimate. Be sure to click ‘Update Shopping Cart’ below the product summaries to update the cart total after making any changes.
Once you’re satisfied that you cart is up to date, click ‘Continue Shopping’ to repeat Steps 1 and 2 and add more products (remember, there’s free shipping within the UK for orders over £25!) or click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to head to the next page and enter your billing and shipping address.
You can also quickly preview and edit the contents of your cart by clicking ‘Cart’ in the top right of any of the Pyranha Web Store pages, and from here you can click ‘View Shopping Cart’ to head to the summary page and make further edits or click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with your purchase.
Step 4 – Enter your address and choose a shipping method
After clicking through to the checkout, you’ll be presented with the option to ‘Checkout as Guest’ or ‘Register and Checkout’, select one of these and then click ‘Continue’ to proceed. Registering for an account on the Pyranha Web Store will make checking out faster and easier in the future, and also has many other benefits that you can read about in the ‘Your Account’ section below.
On the next page you’ll be asked to enter your details, beginning with a billing address which should be the same address associated with the payment method you intend to use. You can then choose to either ship your order to the same address or enter a different address by clicking on the relevant check box below the address fields.
Make sure to check your address entries thoroughly as these will be used to validate your payment and despatch your order, any errors may result in your parcel being lost or delayed.
Click ‘Continue’ after entering each address until you reach the ‘Shipping Method’ section, here you will be shown all the available services for sending your current order to the shipping address entered previously; click the check box next to the shipping method you wish to use and then click ‘Continue’ again to advance to the payment section.
Step 5 – Pay for and confirm your order
The details entered and options selected in each of the previous sections of the checkout process will be shown in the side bar on the right of the page; if you wish to edit these details before confirming your order, you can simply click the ‘Change’ link on the right of the section headings.
The final section of the checkout process lists the available payment options; click the relevant check box next to the payment method you wish to use and then click ‘Continue’ to review your order and begin the secure payment process. See ‘How to Pay’ below for more details on each specific payment method.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email for your order to the address entered during the checkout process (please be sure to check your junk folder and add email@example.com to your address book if you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours).

Orders are typically despatched within 2 working days; you will be notified within this period if there are any unexpected delays or problems.

How to Pay
To pay using a debit or credit card, simply select the ‘Credit/Debit Card’ option during checkout and click ‘Continue’. You will be shown a review of your order, and once you’ve checked this for any errors you can click the ‘Place Order’ button to be taken to WorldPay’s secure payment process; follow the instructions on WorldPay’s pages and be sure to enter your card details accurately to ensure your transaction is processed smoothly.
