We hope that you like your purchase but in the event that it is not suitable please send it to us in its original packaging and with any tags along with a small letter letting us know why it has been returned and how we can best contact you in order to process a refund.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of making your purchase, or within seven days of receipt of your goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, or the goods replaced if you prefer. Postage and carriage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item received was despatched incorrectly.

Carriage charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser in the event of a warranty return.
