Friday and Saturday Pyranha team paddlers competed in the Prelims and Semi-Finals for the Freestyle kayak event . Unfortunately nobody made it to Finals to compete in the somewhat terrifying flooded hole that was not only tricky to stick moves in, but also hard to avoid large logs and root balls. Due to this high water level, Day 4 river events, including the the 8-ball Boatercross were cancelled.



Jared Seiler space godzilla-ing. He was doing some nasty combo moves during practice the day before including the Geoff-Campbell. But, unfortunately was not able to nail any during the comp.

This hole at Vail Bridge got more difficult and flushier as the day progressed due to high temperatures and consequent river rising.
